Return & Exchange Policy

  •  - Andee Lew gladly accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be made in the form of original payment. If the original invoice is unavailable, we will make and exchange.
  •  - For Return/Exchange form please download here. Send this from along with original invoice and item(s) you wish to return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached. Please pack items carefully and label  package with the included return address label provided below.  
  • - Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return/exchange unless the order was shipped with incorrect or defectivemerchandise. Please ship return/exchange items using the method and cost of your choice and convenience.
  • - No additional shipping cost will be charged for shipping of exchanged items back to customer.
  • - No returns or exchanges on sale priced items.
  • - Refund/exchange will be processed when returned merchandise is received. 
  • - In the case of a refund, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of returned merchandise being received.

 

Andee Lew products bought from a location other than Andee Lew, please see below:

  • - For return of Andee Lew items purchased from a company other than Andee Lew, you will need to contact the  company who sold you the merchandise.
  • - We DO NOT pay for shipping either way if purchased at a discount price from somewhere other than Andee Lew. We will gladly accept exchanges, however, you will be responsible for shipping. We do not accept returns on these purchases.
  • - If you received defective merchandise, we will exchange for same items after we receive from you the following at our email address  cs@andeelew.com:
    •     - a picture of the defective item 
    •     - an email receipt from the store where purchased

  • - We pride ourselves in having great customer service and want you, as the customer to feel completely satisfied with experience with Andee Lew.
